Two new deals: MEKO establishes a new 32,000 sq m warehouse
A national central warehouse at Berger – and Oslo Private Gymnas in Pilestredet 56.
MECA Norway AS has signed with Bulk Industrial Real Estate for a new national central warehouse at Berger. The 32,000 sq m logistics building brings the warehouse operations of MECA, Mekonomen and Sørensen & Balchen under one roof.
Automation and future-ready solutions
Alongside traditional warehouse functions and an office section, the building gets a fully automated picking warehouse based on AutoStore – faster, more cost-effective handling, picking and distribution.

In spring 2024, Oslo Private Gymnas moved into part of the premises leased by Sonans in Pilestredet 56. The two schools share laboratories and auditoriums – a more flexible, space-efficient solution. The building is owned by Thon Eiendom, and the project was led by Hans Jakob Garnæs at Realia.
